Section 60

In accordance with sub-section (1) of section 58, after the court has ordered to initiate proceedings related to marriage, after the debtor's equity, debt and other obligations are determined, the local level, trustee or person who has the responsibility to manage the property in accordance with sub-section (3) of the same section, the debtor, creditor or A meeting of other claimants will have to be called.
(2) In the meeting called according to sub-section (1), the debt or other liability of a person who is in a marriage may, by mutual agreement between such person and the creditor or claimant, fully or partially waive his claim from all or any of the assets of such person or settle accounts by taking an amount less than his claim. (3) During the settlement of accounts according to sub-section (2), arrangements may be made for any creditor to pay the debts or claims of some or most of the creditors and submit a lump sum claim against such person.
(4) If there is an agreement between the parties according to subsection (2) or (3) or if the related parties agree to postpone the action related to marriage for any other reason, a joint application can be made to the court accordingly.
(5) If there is an application to postpone the proceedings related to marriage according to sub-section (4), the court shall give an order to postpone the proceedings related to marriage according to the request so as not to exceed the period of clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 54.
(6) If there is an order under sub-section (5), no action related to marriage can be taken in relation to the property of such a person without the lapse of such period.
